Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the resort, including in our conference and business areas.
Yes, we offer on-site parking for all guests.
Yes — we have a dedicated kids' play park, a family-friendly pool area, and Family Rooms designed for guests travelling with children.
Yes — day visitors are welcome. Our combined Swimming & Gym pass is available for 700 KES; ask at reception for current gym and pool day-use rates.
General
Darrel Paradise offers a swimming pool, fitness centre, spa & wellness centre, salon & barbershop, conference facilities, a sports bar, a kids' play park, and dedicated spaces for weddings and celebrations, alongside comfortable accommodation and fine dining.
Payments
We accept mobile money (M-Pesa) and cash on-site. If you would like to pay by card, please confirm availability and details directly with the resort before your visit.
Spa
Our Spa & Wellness Centre is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
All spa bookings should be confirmed at the Spa Reception, and any timing changes should be communicated as soon as possible. Cancellations received less than 5 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and no-show appointments attract a 100% cancellation fee. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, and full payment is still expected.
